After Running a Practice for 40 Years, Veterinarians Drs. Ann and Jim Tackle Plastic Pollution
Retirement has to Wait
Ann and Jim Kramer are veterinarians who have worked side by side in their veterinary practice in rural Nebraska for nearly 40 years. Now, along with a partner they have sold Columbus Small Animal Hospital to Blue River Pet Care. Blue River is headquartered in Chicago and owns 130 practices in 24 states.

Better Trick, Inc. is dedicated to a healthier planet while offering practical devices and inventions to improve lives throughout society.
Dr. Jim says, “Many years ago I enjoyed listening to Paul Harvey’s radio program: ‘The Rest of the Story’. One I remember was about how Colonel Sanders started Kentucky Fried Chicken with his first Social Security check. He was 65 years old when he embarked on a new direction in his life. Only an old person would know who Paul Harvey was and that KFC used to be called Kentucky Fried Chicken. Similar to KFC, FFA used to stand for Future Farmers of America and now it is just the letters FFA.”
A person probably has to be old and live in Nebraska to know these things. “That’s us”, Says Dr Jim. Now Drs. Ann and Jim are ready to change the world for the better, one Better Trick at a time.
